I will introduce to you what kinds of harassment and abuse are being inflicted upon the 931 or more targeted individuals confirmed by our NPO. The outline of the harassment and abuse is as follows:
Harassment and Stalking Acts such as harassment, stalking are also known as “gang stalking.” A target starts being harassed or stalked by their neighbors and a large number of strangers all of a sudden one day (the target experiences baseless rumors, slanders, abusive language, mention of privacy, tailing, surveillance, etc.). The criminal acts which are being inflicted upon us, targeted individuals are totally different from the so-called acts of “stalking” due to romantic relationship problems, etc. and “harassment”; it is crime of a nature completely different from “stalking” recognized by the general public. The perpetrators are multiple strangers, and different one or more of the perpetrators’ group keep coming to harass the target persistently everyday for several consecutive years. The target cannot identify the perpetrators and it is extremely difficult to prove that they are in collusion with each other. In early stages, unlucky incidents start to occur in the target’s daily life such as to make the target feel “strange…” “I got unlucky,” and harassment intensifies abruptly at some point, accompanied by apparently criminal acts such as repeated home intrusion, theft, displacement and/or loss of the target’s money and/or goods in some cases. This crime has a guerrilla-like nature that the perpetrators cannot be identified such as total strangers come harass the target with nonchalance. At the same time among other characteristics are that harassment is not explicit but implicit and insidious, that the uniformity is observed in the behavior of the perpetrators, etc. Since it is hard to distinguish the perpetrators from the general public, it has such an effect as to make everybody around the target appear suspicious to the target when harassment is started all at once. Due to this aspect, this crime is often mistaken as the target’s paranoia or mental problem. Also, if the target has a job, the perpetrators try to harass the target out of their job. Although it is essential to identify not each of the perpetrators but the perpetrators’ organization to solve this crime, it is often the case that the target has no clue, which simultaneously means that they cannot explain the purpose of the crime inflicted upon them and that situations extremely disadvantageous to them are being invented.
Transmission of Voices, Sound to the Target, and Noise from around the Target Regardless of the surroundings around the target, unexplained voices, sound, conversations start to be heard out of the blue one day. It has nothing at all to do with the target’s mental state, and it is frequently reported that it continues incessantly day after day for years; some of the voices, sound are heard from the surroundings and others from within the target’s head. It is also reported that words and facts that the target does not know are intermingled in the voices, sound, etc. Noise, etc. so persistent as to cause trouble starts to be heard from the directions of the target’s neighbors’ homes, etc. It is also reported that certain sounds are heard in synch with the target’s movement inside their home that nobody but the target is supposed to know. There are cases that are misunderstood as actual trouble with neighbors as well.
Unexplained Pain, Stimulation, etc. to the Body Unexplained pain, stimulation, etc. to the body occur regardless of the target’s physical condition and mental state. It is also often reported that unexplained pain, stimulation, etc. are in synch with the voices and sound transmitted to the target and suddenly start and abruptly end.
* Pain as if pricked by a needle, pain caused by pinpoint attacks to the eyes, heart, internal organs, genitals, etc. * Headache * Abdominal pain Strong constriction of the internal organs such as the heart, and acceleration and deceleration of heartbeats * Induced cough * Burn-like pain to the skin * Drastic increase and decrease in wind chill * Sudden urge to urinate and defecate * Itch over various parts of the body * Sensation like the body is electrically charged * The arms, legs, neck, and whole body being moved against one’s own will …and so on
Remote Accessing the Target’s Sights, Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions, Sensations The perpetrators are remote accessing the dynamic and static images that the target is seeing, the dynamic and static images, thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, etc. that the target is imagining in their mind in real time. (Also known as “mind tapping,” “mind hacking,” “synthetic telepathy,” etc.) A large number of cases are reported in which the target notices that the perpetrators have access to the target’s sights, thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, etc. by the fact that they can successfully communicate with the perpetrators merely by thinking if their harassment and abuse are accompanied by “the transmission of voices, sound” mentioned above.
Intrusion into the Subconscious and Consciousness This refers to the transmission of “words” and “awareness” to the subconscious or brain and manipulation of feelings, emotions, etc.
Injection of Dynamic and Static Images Unnatural dynamic and static images and videos are injected into the target’s mind.
Malfunction, Failure of Computers and Electrical Appliances Electrical appliances in the target’s home and around the target frequently malfunction and break down, and the computer that the target uses frequently freezes and malfunctions.
The above is the approximate situation of harassment and abuse common among targeted individuals.
It is extremely difficult to obtain proof of our harassment and abuse, and also, we, targeted individuals are mistaken for schizophrenics if we address our harassment and abuse to those who have never been targeted; we are being forced in agonizing situations of suffering from secondary, tertiary harassment and abuse.
